    But, ALL great leaders inspire others to do the actual work! This is neither good nor bad, it could be either. The range extends from Jesus Christ (extra credit for the inspiration being posthumous) to Stalin and Hitler.

    But in the case of many of my bosses, yes, they took credit without giving credit. This is bad. The best of my bosses made sure credit was assigned to the ones who did the work.
