Gutter first! A damaged gutter might allow rain in and flood the basement. And a full house beats a flush Every Time.
I can handle most of the things in my apartment. For tough repairs, I call the landlord.
Ah yes, the old jiggle the handle trick……..
My experience with gutters is it’s best to call in a professional.
