Sounds like a Seinfeld scenario

One Halloween, a friend and I dressed as hoboes. We each borrowed a clip-on tie from our dads. My mom chose one for me to use. I thought it was great, bright and with a strong pattern. This was the early 1970s, after all.

Sometime during the evening, I lost my dad’s tie. My friend and I retraced our steps, hunting for it, but to no avail. It was gone. I was really nervous about going home sans tie. When I got there and told my mom, all she said was “Oh, good! I was hoping for that!”

“Woman, shut your banana cabana!”

I’ve got to side with Leroy here. Cabana wear for men is stylish, comfortable and a totally cool look for the beach or the boat. And never forget the Panama Fedora and huaraches.

He should get money to buy new cabana wear

He kept attracting buff men who didn’t give ME a second glance.
