Jock is a fair weather friend Fred!

Well, it is raining cats and dogs. I suppose Jock wanted to stay dry and not step in a “poodle”.

Must be some serious reason. Normally Jock does not care about bad weather.

Maybe he got stuck trying to cross the ocean you call a puddle.

I could hazard a guess, Fred. Although I could be wrong…….

It’s pouring down rain. Some dogs have sense!

Fred wouldn’t you rather be home laying in front of the fire? Warm and toasty? So would Jock.

Aww Fred, go back into the house. Nobody wants to be out in the rain, not even Jock!

Possibly it’s because his people don’t care to deal with a soaked, muddy, energetic dog?
