I divert my worries by creating new and elaborate confabulations.

I may make an app using AI so that many people can do the same.

The Marsh-wiggle, Puddleglum, couldn’t relax even in retirement with a generous Narnia pension. The price of eels for stew kept rising.

I refuse to lose sleep over things I cannot control. That would be just about everything.
