Lousy doctor, probably can’t even cure the common cold.

But you might be tired.

There is something wrong with him. In the afternoons he’s suffering from low blood alcohol. That’s his problem.

With patients like him, no wonder it takes so long to get an appointment.

I’ve taken to napping in the morning and afternoon. My doctor says it’s due to my depression.

Joke my father used to tell:“Doctor, I’m having trouble sleeping…”“Can’t get to sleep at night?”“No, I sleep great at night! Mornings are OK too. But I just toss and turn all afternoon!”

I’ve often said, I know more old drunks than old doctors.

He needs to get a decent sleep so when he hit’s the pub full of vim and vigor, he’ll be fit for fighting and other general mayhem which he’s apt to contribute to with full gusto.

As usual Andy, you are right, the Doc is not sympathetic to your problem. I hope you were able to catch a few winks while you were waiting to see the doctor.
