I’d like to go back in time when they were both still alive and have dinner with my parents.

All of my grandparents. I’d apologize for not thanking them for all they did while we were kids. Kids take too much for granted and need to learn gratitude earlier in life. I’d want to get to know my maternal grandmother who died when I was 10 months old. It would provide insight as to why my mother was like she was. My step-grandma made us birthday cakes and I never thanked her. If only for those reasons, I’d love to have dinner with them now. And I’d even cook it though my cooking could never compare with my paternal grandma’s!

I’d have dinner with my father and my husband. I miss them both.

I say my two Grandmothers. They were both dead before I was born.

Thomas Jefferson. He needs to have some input about the electoral college, gerrymandering, phasing out slavery etc etc etc etc. It wouldn’t be a short conversation.

It would depend. Would we be going to a steakhouse, a Chinese buffet or a quaint little Italian bistro? How can I dress accordingly?

Depends on who is paying, dead folk don’t eat much and I’m cheap.
