Mange what skillset your employer knows about. Don’t give away too much that not part of what you’re getting paid for. When I say manage, I mean decide if what you’re volunteering to do to help out is going to benefit you down the road. Does your Annual Performance Review reflect those extra things you do, to help offset areas you lack? You can Work Smart AND Work Hard.
