These days, any neighborhood with single family homes is a neighborhood for rich people.
They are not necessarily that well off. My good friend used to say all a big house, nice clothes, and a couple of new cars just meant they were deeper in debt.
Must be a Long Island cop. They make well over 200k a year now.
