I witnesses a co-worker being questioned about dressing in a rebellious manner. He was wearing an ironed shirt and a tie… in an office of ‘old’ guys wearing logoed Polo Shirts and Khakis.
My brother worked for the men-in-black company (IBM) right out of college – he did not like working there – I worked for a business casual company (Digital/Compaq/HP) – after I got out of the service – enjoyed my job, had a great bunch of co-workers and super management – took early retirement when it was offered and haven’t looked back.
