Most of you probably know this already, but I think the real danger of AI is it being used by humans for nefarious purposes (like deepfake videos of Iran declaring nuclear war on America or something).

“AI” is a con job. There is no “intelligence”, but there is much artificial. It is more properly called FAKE Intelligence.

It is the Wizard of Oz run by the man behind the curtain. Eitists and oligarchs pushing their programming onto the masses through the psyop that is Fake I. People are getting lazier and prefer comfort and easy answers over working and critical thinkinging. Just like Colber Told Uvale HArare the other night. He wants a machine telling him what to do. He wants Big BRother.

Uvale Harare and WEF ARE Big Brother.

AI is theft of original art, words, music. Reject it whenever you see it. Plagiarism does no good.

I am more concerned about AI doing what people tell it to do. The AI does it and the person claims “plausible deniability”.

The reason AI is so popular is because there is so little of the real thing……

AI might even do wild things like recruit a burnt out military vet, a former prostitute turned street samurai, a skeezy antiques dealer from Finland, a malicious street performer, and a former junkie turned cyber hacker to go on a wild data heist in a one percenters remote villa with the help of some techno Rastafarians…

Many AI doomsday scenarios involve it doing exactly as told. “Make paperclips as efficiently as possible” could well wind you up in a universe entirely composed of paperclips.

Microsoft’s first try at AI interaction just ended up with the computer learning to be racist in a matter of hours.

That’s the key fallacy in Lio’s book “misalignment between its goals and ours”. Who does “ours” refer to?

Well, one thing that might go wrong is that you might misspell the first word in your book’s title (“undertstanding”).
