Picarajustina: The Cabot Cooperative Creamery in Cabot, VT is still making the some of the finest cheddar to be found. Look for the name CABOT on the package. As for the Vermont crackers, they are harder to find these days. they are kind of an oversized Oyster cracker and if you can find them they are a lot. smaller then when I was a kid, a long time ago.
