It was rare to hear Bill speaking coherently, but I think there were a few other times. For example, there was a story arc where he became a televangelist called Oral Bill, and was on TV denouncing “penguin lust”.
Unfortunately, Bill, there are MANY times when a litter box would probably do a better job than the jury box. But democracy. It may not be perfect, but it’s the best we’ve got.
Bill the cat had a brain transplant from Donald Trump…seems only fair considering Donald looks like he had his hair transplanted from the head of a cat!
Bill has spoken several times, but it’s funnier when he just says “Ack”; in fact, he’s the only comic character who ever made people laugh by doing that (and yes, that is a slam at a certain no-nosed fatty).
