He is very consistent on how he stands on every issue. As far as possible from any accountability.

Who cares where politicians stand on issues? The important thing is how much they’re going to pay for our votes.

OK, the Democrats don’t have a golden ticket for the 2024 campaign. I was worried about Biden’s age four years ago and voted for him mostly because there was no “none of the above”. I have been pleasantly surprised that he has done a good job. His State of the Union address compared to Trump’s inability to remember names etc make it clear that worrying about his age is misplaced. I would prefer that Biden was younger, or that there was another candidate as good who was younger. But When you are drowning and can grab a rock or a life preserver, you don’t wait for a boat.

I loved Bush Jr.’s speeches. He promised to do “things” about “stuff”.

Changing one’s mind about an issue is not a bad thing. Assuming you really do change your mind. Not just the words coming out of your face.

With Senator Belfrey, the Issues are all squashed flat.
