Second, he wasn't white, third... I'll check the old testament, but I'm pretty sure Moses wasn't packin' heat. @emory458: thanks in large part to the “Diaspora” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jewish_diaspora) i.e., the Jews being scattered from Judea, there are Jews of every skin color who can trace their ancestry back even to Jacob.

Moses’ wife, Zipporah appears to have been Ethiopian and dark-sinned. Miriam made some crack about her being Ethiopian, perhaps snarky about her skin, tradition says, because God had Miriam covered with snow-white leprous scales, as a way of saying “THIS white enough for you, Miriam?” (Numbers 12)

Jesus was the color of bronze it says it in the bible. Anyone living in that region is dark!!!!!!!!
