Last year I had more than my share of ER visits. I’m hoping that this year will be better. I don’t want to get to know by the staff on a first name basis or be labelled a “frequent flyer”.
This literally has happened to me recently when two orthopedic doctors told me they wouldn’t operate on me because the risk was too great. Then my family doctor and my cardiologist tell me I’m in great shape (for my age).

Every time I go to the doctor, it’s with a preexisting condition. I had it when I got there.
