Used to work in a high-rise building that provided offices for several small companies. In one part the building owner’s wife and daughter ran an unofficial sandwich shop (unofficial because it was not licensed and didn’t conform to local health ordinances). Although convenient, we found it to be a form of Russian Roulette… it had no name, so everybody loving called it “The Ptomaine Deli”.
