People around here never worry about their trash, they put a bag in their car and throw the garbage bag out the window when the traffic is slow. A little while back somebody dumped a whole truck full beside the road. I have no neighbors BUT if I noticed my neighbor never had a trash pick up at their house I would say something and have them watched
