Why does he want to get rid of the vacuum? Too noisy. Scares the poor boy?
Some cats like the vacuum. Some ride Roombas, and a few like being vacuumed.
One of mine fearlessly faces it down. The others run for the hills.
I have hardwood and tile floors, so I only have a little hand vac for the couch. The cats don’t mind it too much.
I presume the second hand store is not to be confused with Three Legged Stanley’s junk shop behind Walgreen’s. Probably not much demand for used vacuums amongst cats.
Again? Poor baby, when I do vacuum, I always tell my boys “hidey hole babies, hidey hole!” They know to go and hide from the loud noisy thing.
