Good choice. Can they get DeNiro for Moe?

I think it’s a brilliant choice. He should get coaching from Billy West.

Who’s Curly? Could be a breakout role for some lucky unknown.

I heard Jim Carey is gaining weight to play him. Again, could be brilliant.

And Meryl Streep can be the Margaret-Dumont-like dowager.

Why don’t we have dowagers any more?

No worse of a choice than Benicio DelToro as Moe and Jim Carrey as Curly. As a Stooges fanatic, I have to question this project, though, as a reimagining, with that cast, it could be interesting. Remember, they can never take away the original shorts, and we’re getting a great DVD release of those, so the original Stooges will live on.

I dont think jim carey should gain weight, they should just add weight by makeup and costume.

I heard about the castings the other day and was at first puzzled, but as time passes the choices seem somewhat exciting. I think this will either work big time or crash.

I agree with you Cleokaya. I heard the director is a true lover of The Stooges, so I’m betting it’ll be a quality film, whether or not the public jumps on the bandwagon.
