bigg- Good breakfast spread. I will have the home fries and bell peppers with english muffins. Iced coffee sounds good too.

I just came back from our friends birthday party. He lives on the lake and is in the process of turning his cabin into this amazing home. We met some neighbors of his that are like in their early thirties who bought a house on the lake over a year ago and have spent the whole time remodeling it. They have 3 young kids and we thought that they must have some money to be spending almost a year remodeling this home. I talked to them tonight and this isn’t their home, this is their weekend retreat. The house was close to a million to begin with. He works for Microsoft as do a number of our neighbors and it really makes you think, um, I made a wrong career move.

johnny - I’ll leave the avatar up for awhile. I try not to change it until I know you’ve had a chance to see it first. I can understand your parents’ concern, I’ve purposely avoided including anything in my avatar pictures that could be easily identifiable. I’m sure there were probably pictures of the house on-line before they bought it, if they used a real estate agent, as most listings are on-line with pictures nowadays. Maybe you could take indoor shots of the house, I think those would be safer.

Yeah Dry, the only way to outwit the “scarecrows” I have posted at every possible entrance to my property is to turn off the faucets. Which of course you can’t do until you get on my property. Afraid I don’t know anything about motion detectors - I’m a warrior and can beat up on things. I do have 3 rogues at my disposal and they can sneak, hide, sense and disarm traps. They are also learning how to make poison, but nothing as toxic as Doc’s coffee (yet)

Rad you are so much more computer savvy than some of us, like me!! So while you are here, what do you know about HP laptops with Windows Vista?

I like Vista, my wife has it and I had to set her machine up with her files, I have an old compaq laptop but don’t think there should be much difference. I don’t think you can buy XP anymore and they don’t want to have to work on them but existing warrenties are coverred by factories until they expire.

doctortoon- That was exactly the type of search that I made. I went from door to door looking for the proper fit. One young lady claimed it was hers, but I decided it didn’t hurt to see if it fit someone else better. But you will appreciate this, there is absolutely no better scenery then a summer on the lake. I had a ‘68 Charger, a ‘69 Charger, a ‘66 Fury and a ‘74 Charger(not my favorite by far, but a gimme).

Shika- I too wear a one piece. It covers me from head to foot. You even have your choice of colors, pink and tan. I prefer tan. But, it doesn’t matter. As the season progresses you eventually end up with the tan suit.

There are a few boats on the lake, but they have set up floats that designate areas that boats can do their thing and areas where they have to be moving slowly. It works well and until this year, we have always had a sheriffs boat on the lake o weekends. I think they must have budget problems, because nobody has seen the sheriff’s boat this season.
