First, we need to get her to admit which day between now and January 1st is her birthday. I’m thinking you could try to be cute and see if that works. Otherwise, we are going to have to torture her. It doesn’t seem very nice……… Of course that egg pinata that Sister Kab and I made is still hanging over there. I’m not sure how it survived Sojo’s hijinks.

Me be cute. Couldn’t we just try the honest approach and ask her when her birthday is.

I do have Health insurance.

Well I suppose the last day of vacation is as good any for my watch’s battery to die.

Okay ladies I tortured you enough I thought I gave enough hints. Jan 1st no BD too late and over with. Time is getting closer and I am off. Though will be here soon. Most places will be off New Years Eve since New Years day is Saturday. Virtual chocolate doesn’t hurt me. Real life I have to be careful not life threatening just shows more and I can feel caffeen in my system jittery.

Grog when I commented yesterday about all full time getting 2% raise not pt. All employees included pt had to fill an evaluation. Upper management head person sent notices out to all who would get 2% and only mentioned full time workers. Others in my field of work who are full time will receive this raise. Next year this is coming fast I will see if this raise applies for only full time. Lower management where told only to rate pt as low to medium not the same standards as full time. This tells me pt is doesn’t count. This is one reason I can’t get full time in my own opinion employers don’t think pt knows anything. As I said next full time check will determine if my check goes up or stays the same. I heard full time employees complaining about health insurance they pay on going up. Dept management doesn’t cover employees cost on medical care. And I am not in dark I know medical coverage is going up.

By the way my day is not today or tomorrow then I definitely be on count down time to turning double nickles in age. As I have been redundant I finally will be off. I’ve worked not happily on that day.

My point was that health care costs are always going up and always seems to outpace the inflation rate. I just shake my head and move on when I see the impact on my pay stub.

kab pt is worth a lot to employers because most times they don’t have to give raises or benefits!! It does not mean that you are not worth anything as a person…you ARE a person of worth regardless!!!

Rmom tol me her BIL I believe is either 29th or 30th don’t remember. They have that long drive back. Oh our gas prices here just went up again. soon will border $3 gal mark. Ooops I bet I’m older then you.

Actually ♪Hopeandjoy♪ did get right the day and this month also Big Sister you are correct though accidentally wrong month. Dept I work at has several in different sectors of pt and this is reason they only selected pt no benefits or vacation. For same position there are others full time. If you remember I said Jan 1st too late new year and I will have turned older and over with. I will be off that day. Is it Monkey’s birthday today?

Well I will catch you all latter soon be lunch time and go to pt job. I was surprise when over a year ago pt left and number of overclauified people applied for position. I sometimes wondered how long they would last. One has morning work with local school as special teacher waiting until age lets her work full time as sub. Local school district not hiring budgets.

The new boss of dept who got promoted is making big plans for office new boss will be taking over in January. I guess me and maybe two others, one part time like me and Admin Assist will be helping getting rid of a lot of stuff accumlated from retired boss.

Hello all. I guess sometime in January when I receive my full 40 hour check for two weeks I will see if I did get left off 2% raise.

Been trying to recuperate from the flu and then I go and pull a muscle in my side. Coughing is extremely painful at the moment. I keep telling myself it could be worse, but my body doesn’t agree! :^)

Lonewolf so sorry to hear about your flu. Keep a pillow or something handy to press against the painful side when you cough as it might help a little bit.

Hello all who are left I won’t be on too much longer. Finally I get to read a book not class related. Choose a fast book and easy read. Lonewolf have you been to Doctor with your illness. My hubby would know how you felt. Though lately he has felt okay. But working he would get broncitis badly and doctor would say wear itself out though tired him. Me I am on standby with my nasal. Found out last week family doctor no specialist finally is taking last two days off during week. This didn’t help me I wanted to treat myself to a well woman checkup and time he slotted wouldn’t work. Going in January instead. With this I am heading to bed. Get better Lonewolf I hope you get to rest for new year coming.

Sister Kab, the birthday of Monkey 2 is tomorrow. The labor pains started right about now.

Fiend has been having trouble getting on the net today. I think he is planning on taking flying lessons.
