Grog - - Yes, for the commercial end of the store it is unusual. Which is what I do here. I don’t do any over the counter unless they are busy and I am free at the time. I deal with the automotive accounts only. Many are closed on Sundays, but today the oddball accounts are ordering and two of the regulars were doing some catch up today.

It’s nice to be busy. The day takes way too long when it is slow.

I hear you. And I’m not busy at the office right now so it makes for a really long day when you can’t even read the comics or comments.

That’s a shame, Grog.

Hello all. What a busy weekend.

Saturday was worse then Sunday. Saturday there where some type of bug dropping on products. Fortunatly none landed on tubs of open product that mostly women and children sample. How this for you ♠Lonewolf♠ their cash register stopped working that takes account of all merchandise and credit card sales. After two hours and working with another vender and then talked with her hubby who was at a different location to find out the register filled up and had to be reprogrammed.

Hello Rmom I’m not sure how that went at the Pavillion. My sister had to call her hubby to find out about the cash register. I am hoping the product sold more then at the Pavillion.

My sister had a big laugh on my unexpected expense. At the women show. A mother and daughter said I am my sister should try out for the mother and daughter scene on stage. Not sure if this contaned to dressing alike or what. My sister started laughing at this and I couldn’t reverse this thought wo hey now I’m not her mom she is close to two years younger then me. More more sister laughed madder I got. I gee thanks.

There were a few men that came with either wife or girl friend. A lot of pregnant women. I missed out on the news channels being there. They must have been at the stage. We were on the far side of wall away from the restrooms. Stage was a little ways from us. Oh my sister did give me a hug for being there. Would be too much for her to handle.

Kab - Just tell your sister that she owes you dinner or something for Mother’s Day now.

I wish I could Rmom she did pay me for working there. She had been stressed from Friday then Saturday to cash register missery. Friday she got to civic center and had to walk aways carring a cash register and display case. She is also subject to migrane headaches.

Kab - It was KNSS - 1330 AM. I don’t know if I heard where they were at exactly.

One vender there had a unique item and was selling. I told my sister about this and she went to buy one. Let see how do I describe this item. bottom has wheels. I guess close to a laugage rack only not as wide as a suitcase. But college kids can use this so can business. She can but a cash register and display case or ice chest in this and has handles to either pull or push.

Rmom oh really this I didn’t know who was there. Oh wait I think a radio station was there not sure if this where the call letters. If this was the one they where a way from us.

Kab - I would have hoped she’d put that cash register on or in something with wheels. I’ve gone to the Expo Hall lots of times for the homeschool convention, and if there’s any chance of me buying books, I take a piece of luggage with wheels to haul them back to the vehicle.

Rmom she didn’t have this. Her hubby has a dolly to move their products and she didn’t have with her. By buying this lauage carrier. Has a bag she solved that future problem. The ones who has this made big money. A lot of people bought this. I guess you heard about a major crash at Cowley County.

Kab - I’m glad she found something to help her lug that heavy stuff. I bought a fold-up dolly at Sam’s a few months ago that I can use for stuff that is less than 200 lbs. We own a couple heavier-duty type, but they don’t fold up and weigh more.

Hi, Doc! Yes, it has been pretty slow. I’m not sure if their tech department works Sunday nights. But it would be nice if they got the bugs fixed.

Rmom she certainly didn’t have that dolly when they set up there and believe she wished she had. Now she does have one. Doctor Toon I want you to know I had problems with GC and had to sign in too. Not sure when GC will get computer technology right and quite making people misserable. Also ones who have icons can be shown. I’m not going to change mine untill all calms down and back to normal.

Kab - This is probably the first time your sister & her husband had two different events at the same time. The wreck in Cowley county was clear down by Ark City. I’m not as familar with the roads there, and don’t think I know anyone there.

When I can Rmom I want to find out who made out the best on sales.

Rmom your right but I heard this happened 4 years ago. Just for them this is their 2nd time at the women’s show. I had mentioned this they ought to try but they were relunctant. Now they found out how well they did. Bar the very few including children who rejected the product. But more towards the end were disappointed that two types from small to large sold out. One admitted to us she at first years ago rejected this and was coxed into just trying the product and was very surprise how great it is and became a big customer. When people see the one word they think horriable then others tell them they love the product and they purchase more. I think by the time lawn and garden show comes they will have a new flavor a spicer one.

Wolfie - Do you ever get a day off, or do you work 7 days a week?

Yea sorry for this. But what I wrote about is what my sister and brother-in-law deal with selling their flavored product. We here have that flavored product.

The winner of the Daytona 500 was Trevor Bayne. He just turned 20 years old yesterday. He is the youngest to win it and he broke the old record by 5+ years!

Kab - Who is more likely to sample and buy that product? Women or men? This weekend might help them figure out which type of events are the most profitable for them.

Kab, Sojo - Did you see that the west Tires Plus had 60 tires stolen this weekend? It seems like tires would be difficult to “fence”.

Hi,Hope&Joy! Lil’ Sis - We’ve been having highs in the 70’s for most of this week. Unfortunately, a cold front is to move in tonight. It is supposed to get down to 26° by morning.

Rmom no I had no idea. Where hubby and sister made one major costly $500 they when 500 miles to somewhere in AR at a hunting center and made a lost. They also go to Kansas sampler where that is held. They have a web site. The news was also talking about late race care driver that died horrible death 10 years ago and his son is in racing now. Seems strange for Tires Plus they have long hours.

Kab - Tires Plus isn’t open 24 hours, I think it happened when they were closed, and the manager noticed at 6:30am when they opened.

Well despite the rainy weekend I managed to do things like take my old computer hard drive in to get it cleaned. Now it runs fast and smooth. :-)

Lil’ Sis - Glad you got something done this weekend you wanted to do. Kab - Good luck! The trust tax info is at the CPA, so ours can’t be done until that is finished. I’ve decided to have the CPA do ours this year. Between figuring out how to report some of the inheritance, and which way to deduct/take credit for our college tuitions (and maybe books, I don’t know), it is just too complicated for me to do this year.
