Hello pseudo and ♠Lonewolf♠! Had something to do this morning I didn’t like but I’m fine now.

It was just a nuclear stress test, similar to Rmom’s stress test but they take pictures before and after. This was my fourth time but I just don’t care for them. New equipment this time. Use to take 40 min. for each set of pictures but now it only takes 10 min. per set

Most of the tests that I have, I don’t care for, Sojo.

Sojo – I did have a nuclear stress test, with pictures before and after. After the first set of pictures, I had to run on the treadmill. When I couldn’t keep going to get my heart rate up to 143, they switched over to a chemical method. Then, pictures. I almost fainted during the chemical portion, but then, I expected that would happen. At least I had given notice that I have the condition that causes it, plus warned them verbally, so it isn’t like they didn’t know that could happen.

Hello Rmom – I was thinking you just had a treadmill test. The chemical they now have is a lot better than just four years ago also. This was the best test I’ve taken as they had it set up for me stay on the camera bed for the whole thing so I was stay laying down when the chemical was injected.

Hello all. I had training today. Then got home to more news. My mom see doctor next Wed. drat first day of summer class. We get confirmation Wed. am. CT scan showed slight stroke explains her speach. She finds out how strong asprin like baby asprin she takes.SRMom hope that treatmill tests helps doctors out.

I had mentioned to my sister this. My sister said is she had done this mom would be mad. I didn’t give our mom a chance to argue. I think mom is relieved to know but confirmation Wed. soon. I will be sending hubby for baby aspirin soon so she can get started. I know at least our mom’s small stroke has not left helpless at all. Just her speech at times. I told mom at least not like what dad had 12 years ago. At church someone opened a door hit him back of head and a month later he did have a stroke. He was to stubborn to go to emergency room when first happen to get looked at.

I had to explain this to my sister what has caused the stroke at least very small. I hope your okay SRMom I don’t want you passing out. I’m very serious.

What is everyone’s plan for this Memorial Day weekend. We may go to two gravesite. In past I never wanted to. Mom still doesn’t want to.

Kab Sister a typical aspirin is 250 mg. If you cut it in fourths it is the same dose as baby aspirin :) I forgot to buy spme once and didn’t want to make a trip to the store for just that.
