    Knew guys that had to eat 3000-4000 calories a day just to keep from losing weight. When they got sick and lost five lbs or so, they would complain that they had to eat extra fries, avocados and other fattening food to gain the weight back. These were guys that were not a bit overweight. Some folks just have fast metabolisms and stay skinny… But my family tree doesn’t have any of those….
