I continue to be grateful that not only was my mother a very good cook, she hardly ever strayed from the meat/starch/two veg type of menu she learned from Betty Crocker in the 50’s.
were there any actual calories in that food? I also know this is rule of funny but in the real world this is a form of abuse, diet obsessed parents forcing growing children and teens to live on a low calorie diet leading to malnutrition and stunted development.
