Spent hours getting to the VA yesterday only to be told my MRI was today. The beach was 5 miles away and they sold sunscreen and beach blankets in the Mom and Pop. Do I dare bring my backpack today? Can I jump in the shower before SHE smells Coppertone?LuvH8 Are fridges universal? What about the 3 year old box of A&H baking soda? Do I dare trust the deviled eggs? Rmom – Their upgrading it, it will be the third in the nation with a new system. It will be able to tell the difference between snow, rain, hail etc. even seeing how it tumbles in the air etc. It will be able to give more acurate rainfall amounts, etc. With tornadoes it will be able to even see the debris it produces to confirm it and what it is destroying.

LuvH8 – That’s something I might need to keep in mind (or on glass somewhere).

Hi, Wolfie & M’Lady! – We shot off two year old fireworks this year. They were left overs from 2009, I couldn’t find them for last year, so I made sure to leave them out in plain sight for months in order to get them shot off this year.

I’ve also hid taffy (which my sons don’t like) just so I didn’t snarf it all down at once, and then couldn’t find it for several months when I was ready for it.

Sojo – I did see the reason why, just frustrated that they couldn’t keep some sort of radar going while they do the upgrade, since it is going to be a couple weeks or so. One thing if it was only for a few hours, but for this long, I would have thought they’d have an alternate they could use.

Wolfangil left this morning and won’t be back until Saturday night or Sunday morning. James and I are by ourselves until my daughter (JessAngil) comes home later. Parteeeee time! :^)

Sad news nationally former First Lady Betty Ford has died age 93.

IN DEFENSE OF CLOWNS:One young woman I know dressed up as a clown (yes, costume, white face, round nose and all) for a children’s gathering we had as sponsored by my church. I thought she was beautiful before. As a clown, she was (you’re not going to believe this) stunning. I think it was the painted freckles. I’m a total sucker for beautiful Caucasians with freckles.
