Hello to everyone here at BT. (((((Montana Lady)))))) glad you are doing better.

A few days ago I talked of my brother-in-law’s dad, who has severe Dementia. They have dad, not mine, in a hospital for testing. Health hadeteriorateded the dad developed heart issues, the sons and family decided no to CPR or extra work on their dad. The mom had to go with the son’s request. They celebrated 64 years last Thursday of marriage and the dad did not realize this. The dad is 84. This morning the hospital called the family in, as the dad’s is getting closer to go to heavenly home is coming. Wishing prayers for my brother-in-law’s family. They have learned to accept this fate. They feel dad died days ago and just waiting for the body to stop.

Thanks Doc, this is Mom’s place, but I’ll pop in from time to time to say howdy!

We got somewhat similar news over the weekend—one of our confreres with emphysema has not one but two bad lung infections, and is in the hospital. And when he gets out, it will likely have to be to a nursing home rather than back home with us.

Or maybe there is a reason people pay $2 for two boiled (not peeled) eggs at the deli?

I am so glad you will be around more to keep them out of trouble. Though what they will get up to during your next surgery?(shakes head sadly at the ways of boys)
