Good Morning, Tribe.

I have not had a good start to the day. I got rear-ended on I 45 early this morning, The jolt knocked my car into the pick-up in front of me. Fortunately, my car is in far worse shape than I am.

Now to call the insurance company. Won’t that be fun?

Hi, Grog!—hope we hear from you today. Insurance company calls are so quick!

Glad your car did it’s work and spared you. Hope you don’t get whiplash.

Might I suggest adding organic Sumatran coffee tp your menu on a trial basis? I’ve tried many different coffees and this is as good as any of them, and better than most.….Oh, and while I’m here I’d like Hilo’s huevos ranchero and the hash-browns, with some habanero sauce ( if the sauce isn’t available, I have my own) and one of Montana Lady’s incredible lemon merengue pies? The whole pie.

I probably won’t be posting all that often today. But I’ve talked to my agent and he’s told me not to settle the medical too quickly. Sound advice really. Sometimes, resulting injuries are not always apparent at first.

I’ sorry to hear of your accident Grog. I’m glad that you were not injured and I hope your insurance company does not give you any problems. ((((((GROG)))))

Hi serena. I don’t think my agent will be a problem. State Farm, who will be footing the bill on behalf of the insured who rear-ended me, could be though.

Fortunately, all involved were insured.

So far, I feel just fine, Rmom. Just a little shaken is all.

Thanks, everyone for your concern. I hope there won’t be any after effects, but only time will tell.

Interesting, Rmom. No wonder they’d want to settle so quickly.

I should probably be on the safe side and get it checked out.

Not that there isn’t enough to do over the next couple of weeks already. But I probably won’t be able to see one right away anyway. It may be a couple weeks or more before they’d be able to pencil me in.
