I left a company after 20 years and it seemed no one cared. Then I started getting phone calls for help. I then worked as a contractor employee at another company for a few years and a year after I left when they didn’t renew my contract they called trying to get me back. At that point I was running a department at another plant in Florida and had no desire to give that up.
