    At 77 I’m still trying to forgive myself for many of the things I did and said when I was in my teens. I think it’s the fault of the Y chromosome but it may just be me.

    Recovery from anything is a sawtoothed curve. Some days you feel like you make little or no progress and other feel like you are going backwards. This will take time and not be as easy as you think. Hang in there, you are further along today than you were yesterday. We are all pulling for you.
