It’s Mud Season!!!

Gladys, just hose them off on the sidewalk, they’ll be fine; a bit soggy perhaps, but not muddy.

well, that may not how the song goes, but it sure is hard to argue with the results. :J

Wilberforce…shades of his father…….!

I remember mud puddles as being a lot of fun, and my mother had the same reaction.

At least she intercepted him before he tracked the mud all through the house! That would have set off an explosion that would have still reverberated when Brutus got home. Gladys: “Look what YOUR son did!”

this past week brought a lot of mud…

Mud puddles are like magnets to kids that age.

That reminds me of the mud pies I used to make as a kid. I also loved puddles, too. Now, I make chocolate chip cookies and avoid puddles. Such is the life of a grown-up.

And they found all the puddles.

Before entering the house, leave the mud and all your muddy clothes outside.

Just get the water hose and spray them off

Got that right and it was very easy to find those mud puddles. AND it was fun too……

They actually didn’t get all that muddy. I have seen much worse!

Last night was a doozy, I lost power for about an hour, but a lot of people in the Cleveland area were still out this morning.

It took me awhile to realize Kewpie wasn’t wearing rubber boots, Maybe he should have been.
