‘Good Dog’, That’s pretty much the definition of middle management.

Actually, the lady that owns the company passed away and left it to him.

Who’s a good boy?

He’s the Undercover Boss Dog.

She is mistaken, he is the Top Dog for the company.

Middle Management, eh?

so he’s no longer a working breed?

“Lady, I’m your new boss”

It is a dog-eat-dog environment.

“Shhh. He’s the latest consultant.”

I was middle management for years. The dog deserves better.
