H.O.A = Homeowners Annoyance

Touche, but ducks can’t talk, and an HOA has no business telling anyone what kind of animal they can own, if they keep it inside.

I couldn’t ever live where there was a HOA, I have enough trouble with some of our towns rules.

“Why do you darken my door?” is a term I need to remember to use.

That rare South American parrot will give the HOA guy the silent treatment. Then, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck……..

I’m sure glad I’ve never owned a home with a HOA. We have a group of homes nearby that were built a few years ago with a HOA and they’re all the same bland house colors like beige and Grey. Blah

Sometimes the door is on the left (when the garden flags are out) and sometimes, like today, it’s on the right Is this the back door?

I hate HOAs. I will never live in a community that is governed by one.

Now, that’s news to me, that HOA would control what kind of a pet a household might have. Seeing as this duck has never been outside, does the HOA control the contents of what’s inside the house too?

Besides that, I would never buy a house in such a community. From what I read, the original and implied purpose of those HOAs was to keep them segreagated. The esthetics of the community is just a make work project for the kind of person who is nosy by nature, and who likes to spy on neighbors.

There is no greater evil than a H.O.A.

HOAs cannot govern what’s inside a house

Now, now, they need some place to dry their clothes during inclement weather.

My exercise bike gets constant use. One side holds up drying towels and the other side holds drying dress shirts.

Never buy into a neighborhood governed by an HOA
