Staying in the middle, it’s not an easy job but … wait, maybe it IS easy.

Really? You should be thankful Baldo is not failing!

Hang in their Baldo, I graduated college after with a C average because of too much partying. Many years later, I decided to change careers and went to a Community College to take the basic life science courses I did not take in college for an Engineering degree. I was in my early 50’s so I was the Old Man in the classroom. I was doing very well however. One day a group of young students came to me and said “How are you able to get such good grades?” I told them, “The answer is really simple. I already know how much beer it takes to make me puke. While you guys are out partying to find that out, I am studying.”

My son did not apply himself in school until he found a reason it was important to HIM. Once he decided he wanted to be an engineer, then realized he needed college, amazingly his grades popped right up where they should be.

These days, I’d be pretty happy with that — if the school’s level of “achieving” wasn’t set too low.

He’s not done or up…….middle is not bad!

Be happy, Baldo isn’t an underachiever.

Mediocre ?

This is actually good news. Often, the plateau of learning…then the summit!

My Dad was always like that. If I brought home an “A,” he wanted to know why it wasn’t an “A+”.

Acheiving is good too. There’s always room for improvement though.
