Tabby is always the best. But that 5 week paid vacation is nice. My German cousins living and working in the USA for the German government and a German owned company still get German benefits. Like about 9 weeks vacation, free medical care, less than 40 hour work week and other civilised things.
American businesses are firm believers in the Protestant work ethic—the rich get richer because they are so deserving and everyone else gets screwed because they aren’t rich so they are not deserving of humane treatment.
