And Clifford….. we are all bedeviled by little excesses.

Besides… those look like See’s Chocolates.

It would take a stronger man than you to resist.

Say… are you related to the Cliffords of Cleveland….

Clara and Claude, and our star… Cleo?

I know that’s your first name, but it could be a family surname….

and if so….

resistance to little excesses is futile….

caving is a family trait.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Claude, as you well know, Cleo is not a normal dog.

Maybe it’s her genes,

Maybe it’s the way you raised her,

But she is not your average bear (er, basset).

Claude, how do you think Cleo can afford ammo for her bazooka if she doesn’t engage in some type of entreprenurial endeavor. You know the house always wins, especially when Cleo “manipulates” the deck just a tiny bit (not that you would notice, of course).

You can get only so much out of butt-sniffing.

My favorite part was the purply collar on Buster.

I don’t think ANY of us would call Cleo normal! The good news is she knows how to count!

Claude is ever hopeful that Cleo does SOMEthing normal.

I think she deserves a lot of credit. Not only has she learned how to hustle bettors, but she has taught four other dogs how to play Blackjack.

I can never buy snacks at Costco because the “serving size” becomes one pallet-load. :)
