Rail car graffiti says 50 years of Tank?
According to the graffiti on the train, it’s the strip’s golden anniversary.
Slowest moving train ever.
Grew up reading Tank in the Detroit Free Press.
Sounds like the home plate umpire in last night’s Rays/Blue Jays game
Fifty years of Nort spews? Wow!
“annnnnd that’s right down the middle, for ball one”
(an actual call by a play by play announcer; he was correct, though!)
Tank’s Golden Anniversary will be on August 5th. Still, it’s not too early to wish for another 50 years of sports laughs and comic satire! Thanks, Bill.
And here is the obligatory Angel Hernandez mention.
Have an old Sunday Comic with a girl giving a guy hell for buying into a clothing style just because it’s endorsed by a jock. It’s Tank from the 70s!!
80 years old, what did I read the comics for before Tank for 30 years?Mrs.Worth LOL
Congratulations!
But, shouldn’t the notice have been drawn on a tank car?
Congrats on 50 years of Tank! Tanks for the memories Mr. Hinds and late great Mr. Millar.
