Before I’ve found even one difference, let me just say Wow! What a striking image! Cleo looks positively regal. I don’t mean that to sound like it’s a surprise. Of course she does. But WOW!
My hat’s off to Rufus. Dapper dog that he is, he still rolled up his sleeves (that’s a trick in it’s self) and got right down to solving today’s Cleo & Co. puzzle. Anywho, here’s the solution.

If you peek I’ll set Rufus on you and you know how he is about the Ballard St. dress code.
1. Top panel: Cleo’s chair color is fuchsia. Bottom Panel: Cleo’s chair is magenta.
2. Top: The Eye of Horus is a symbol of Cleo’s royal power. Bottom: The Eye of Horus™ is Cleo’s favorite brand of eye shadow.
3. Top: Front right stretcher bearer is whispering to front left stretcher bearer, “Cleo picked up a few pounds at Thankskibble Dinner.” Bottom: Front right stretcher bearer is whispering, “Proletariat of the world, untie!”
4. Top: Cleo using stretcher transport because her Uber app isn’t working. Bottom: Cleo using stretcher because “someone” stole her ’57 Studebaker.
5. Top: Purplie accessories represent Cleo’s status as royalty amongst canine comic characters (take that Snoopy) everywhere. Bottom: Purplie accessories are purplie because … PURPLIE!
6-9. Highly technical. Only MontanaLady who eschews joke buttiness; Leftover pie for breakfast lover Perkycat; SHE MC, who never responds when I include her in this list; Paws4Thought aka Val, who reappeared then disreappeared; SusanSunshine, who has finally mastered the Pop …. uh…. snnnnkkk… OH!… I…um… zzzz… of GoComics; and StillTheBelle, an expert on 17th century Pilgrim Basset-speak, would understand.
So, Cleo, back to your roots eh?!!! I must be out of practice, 6 is all I can muster!!! the hair colour must be #7, thank you Rotifier!!! I will go back & see the other 2~~~~~maybeXXX
This was fun, as always! I only got 8, though. I even looked at the one I missed and didn’t see the difference. Maybe I thought it was that ’57 Studebaker.

Where’s the harm, if it makes him happy?

Welcome back, everybody… those who were here yesterday, and those who apparently dozed through it in a tryptophan haze.
We’ve got a puzzle to solve, and to comment on…..
in the Nov 24th 2018 “CLEO and COMPANY”
You can find it on Sherpa
http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy
And here’s my side-by-side version:

We’re heading over to Arthur and Winifred’s house to work on it, and discuss it.
Rufus may try to convince you he’s one of the group…. just try to be kind, OK, and pretend you think it might be true.
I know he didn’t get the tie quite right.
Winnie is right, BTW…. it was Arthur who encouraged the hats…. and then the business suits.

Liverlips… as I recall, Cleo was quite regal…. in fact, I’d call it autocratic… in that strip, before it was a puzzle.
Wish I could remember when it ran so I could link to it.
I remember that she was demanding ice in her drink…. centuries (or maybe millennia) before it was invented.

Guess last week was a fluke — I’m stuck on eight too!

the differences in this one , I must admit, are a bit on the subtle side of the street

Took me some time, but I eventually found all nine. The more intricate drawings tend to be harder.
