Wow, how many bassets are in this strip, anyway?

Whoa…. just for day 12…..

12+11+10 is 33… another 9+8 makes 50… +7+6+5 …is 68 plus another 4+3+2+1 makes 78!

If this started on day one…. she now has 364 bassets!

Hope she has a lot of leashes…. not to mention… um… plastic bags.

OK, she gets 6 lying bassets on each of the last seven days…. that’s 42 dogs she might not want to keep.

I mean, really… dirty lying bassets!

But how does she know? I mean, do they talk…. or is it just a rumor that they’re lying? Wouldn’t be fair to give them away without proof, right?

Dale and Nancy invited us to come discuss Cleo….

but I took a look at their porch and told them I figured on Christmas everyone will want to stay home with their families, or they’re going someplace for Christmas dinner.

But I invited them…. and I’m inviting all of you, too….

to stop by the Tiki any time….

We’re hosting a 24 hour buffet of roast yak, roast beef, turkey, and ham…. plus all the sides and desserts you could imagine.

And may Santa leave you the best gift of all. A message on your Christmas tree saying that you and all the others on Sherpa are being moved to the main page so we can comment on them. That will also be our Christmas present. Cleo’s special Christmas present will be that the evil cat up the street is afraid of the snow. Merry Christmas.
