For this pre-everything has a computer mechanic dabbler, cell phones were a real boon. Take a picture, remove a part, take another picture, remove another part, ad infinitum. Then follow the pictures to put it back together!

I’m sure the neighbors appreciate that.

That’s the best kind of project.

Backyard? Isn’t it in the front driveway?

If it didn’t require dedication, time, and money, it wouldn’t be a project—and everyone would be doing it.

That is the point of a project car, mine gets to live in a shop space, is getting close to done, and I am looking for another one.

Remember we are in comic strip time. He is still 16 and had the car for less than a year, maybe only a month or two.

My Model A Ford project is in the driveway. All the extra parts are in the backyard waiting to be painted, repaired and put together for the project.
