One of my favorites is the burglar who tripped climbing in some one’s window to rob them and sued them for their injuries. I guess you can sue anyone for anything but it doesn’t mean you’ll be successful.
I seem to remember a lawsuit over an inheritance in England that was finally dropped after over 200 years because the estate ran out of money paying the lawyers…
