Doesn’t the American Navy have enough seals to – um – come to the rescue?

Sea level has increased by more than 120 meters (393 feet) since the end of the last ice age. At the current rate of rise, 3mm/year, and assuming that we caused it, we are responsible for nearly four inches since the hue and cry about us causing the rising sea level began 30 years ago.

Ships full of wealthy eco-tourists. They’re easy to spot in their matching brightly colored cold weather ‘outfits’.

I understood that the problem for polar bears is not so much the lack of seals but the melting ice.

I have seen pictures of some starving polar bears. Not pretty.

Usually there is some feeding involved in documentary-making, although it is considered unethical.
