    After watching Fallout, where their fiduciary responsibility leads them to drop nukes on their own country’s population, I have to wonder.

    Will prison investing companies push policies against homeless shelters and lead remediation, push zero tolerance drug laws, be anti-education, and in general push policies that are likely to lead more people to go to prison? Fiduciary responsibility and lobbying…

    I read yesterday that some guy was arrested for a ransomware scheme that scammed $700M. They fined him $16M. Maybe I should have studied that software security stuff a little more carefully…

    Way too many people are in prison for way too long. Many prisoners like to get out on work gangs, even if they pay slave wages, because it is more pleasant, and probably healthier than confinement.
