You know weeds, the place where venomous snakes hang out.

Weeds: plants out of place.

Ever since my dad makes us kids dig up dandelions because he thought of them as weeds, I have kept my personal vow never to call any plant a weed or dig it up. My wife says it’s just because I’m lazy.

I think it’s a stand against euphemisms, and I just say, hurray! Tell it like it is!

It’s easy to tell the difference between flowers and weeds. Pull everything up. Whatever grows back is a weed.
