I’ll have to remember this the next time my 13 year old gets an attitude with me. When we are young, we think are parents are morons, but when we become adults are parents are the smartest people we know!
I remember when my son (after he was 21) said to me ” ya know mom all those things that you kept preaching to us? You were right.” Sigh, that was one of the best days of my life. He finally got the message.
