Both organizations are compromised by dealing with the people behind the Bonesaw Tour.

Nearly 50 years of following Nicklaus, Trevino, Player, Watson, Kite, Irwin, Seve, That Complicit Aussie, and on to about two years ago … and I quit cold turkey the day the PGA folded.

(I hadn’t bothered to check how the ratings have been playing out.)

Both categories are doing it because….

they can.

They have a fake problem. No amount of money will solve their need for more—but the suckers have lost interest. Fine with me if golf goes away. (Actually I’d be unlikely to notice the change.)

Just as long as I can watch the LPGA. They hit more like I do and I can relate to their club choice.

I still don’t get how the lowest score always wins in golf.

For over two decades, it was Tiger, Tiger, Tiger. Now that he’s basically gone so are a lot of the eyes that only wanted to see Tiger. The next Tiger is not coming,

and Tiger Woods missed the PGA cut. Maybe we should stop following him around like he’s actually going to win something.

No way half the names are on LIV. Look at the results. Unless you are a Euro fan, about 12 are recognizable.

No way that guy has ever gone into a grocery store.
