It is an interesting look.

My first thought was Groucho Marx, though it’s unlikely Alice would even know who Groucho was.

Is there an actual date when “clowns scare people” replaced “clowns are funny”? Or is it that being momentarily scared by something harmless stopped being funny?

Wax does not really stick to skin that well, but she IS a toon.
