Ok, up till now, I didn’t realize they went to the right car rental. I was thinking, their service person changed genders! So I went back and saw they went from “burg” to “burrr”, that is a serious flop in the writing, not not show they went to the other place. It just seamlessly moved, same service person, same hair, but one is wearing a vest, you can’t tell till you see the face.
