“Mobile” homes are usually the most mobile in tornadoes. But it is hard to think of them as mobile otherwise when you have to hire a semi and have them bring axles to move it. Truly mobile homes are now called 5th wheel trailers - at least you don’t have to be a “pro” to move those!
